Job Responsibilities: 1. Proactively develop Mainland China clients - Identify potential clients among mainland enterprises and individual entrepreneurs through online channels such as the WeChat ecosystem (Moments, Official Accounts, private groups), Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, WeCom, as well as offline events, trade shows, chambers of commerce, and referrals from accountants or lawyers. - Candidates with existing cross-border e-commerce or Web3 (blockchain gaming, project teams, exchanges, mining communities) client resources are highly welcome. 2. Client consultation and deal execution - Provide in-depth explanations of our full suite of outbound solutions, including Hong Kong company incorporation, annual audits, company secretarial services, and cross-border payment setups (USD, HKD, EUR accounts). - Liaise with our Hong Kong-based professional team to ensure a seamless process from registration to payment activation. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time program (Marketing or Business majors preferred). 2. 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Any of the following backgrounds is a plus: • Experience selling offshore company registration services in jurisdictions such as Hong Kong or BVI • Sales experience at an accounting firm, law firm, or corporate services platform • Experience in cross-border e-commerce services • Established resources in the Web3 ecosystem (project teams, exchanges, mining pools, KOL communities, etc.) 3. Familiarity with the basics of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and offshore company registration (e.g., BVI). 4. Standard Mandarin; able to communicate in English for daily conversations and draft basic business emails. Cantonese proficiency is a plus. 5. Strong stress tolerance, target-oriented, and adept at negotiating with business owners to drive deal closures.
