Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support the growth of Vista HQ, a short-term rental management company. This role focuses on identifying property owners who may benefit from our services, engaging leads through outbound outreach, and helping generate qualified sales opportunities for our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calling, lead lists, and follow-up outreach
  • Contact property owners to introduce Vista HQ and explain our short-term rental management services
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand the owner’s current setup, pain points, and level of interest
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified property owners
  • Build and maintain professional communication with prospective clients
  • Handle common objections confidently and keep conversations productive
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets
  • Maintain accurate call notes, lead statuses, and follow-up activity in the CRM system
  • Work closely with sales leadership to improve scripts, outreach strategies, and lead quality feedback


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales
  • Strong verbal communication and phone presence
  • Ability to build quick rapport and keep conversations natural and professional
  • Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent with follow-up
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools is preferred
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when updating lead records
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for remote calling


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, or service-based sales
  • Familiarity with short-term rentals, Airbnb, or vacation rental management
  • Experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Background in lead qualification and appointment booking for high-ticket services
  • Ability to communicate clearly with property owners and business decision-makers
