Vista HQ is looking for a remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help us connect with property owners and book qualified sales calls.

What you’ll do:

• Call property owners from provided lead lists
• Introduce our short-term rental management services
• Qualify interest and book appointments
• Update CRM notes and call outcomes
• Handle basic objections professionally

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting
• Strong spoken English
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Organized, reliable, and consistent
• Real estate or property management experience is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
• Familiarity with Airbnb or short-term rentals
