Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the reactive service industry
• Strong background in working with B2B clients; UK market experience is a major advantage
• Confident in client communication, expectation management, and delivering high-quality service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with job management/CRM systems (reactive service operations experience is a plus)
• Ability to book and coordinate jobs via email and phone, schedule appointments, and support technicians throughout the job cycle
• Capable of sending job reports, invoices, quotes, and estimates with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality service to our B2B clients, including insurance companies, housing associations, and property management companies.
• Booking jobs via email (Outlook) and phone using our ERM system, Tryoup
• Coordinating appointment times with customers
• Uplifting and coordinating jobs once our technician is on site
• Sending job reports, invoices, and estimates for additional works once the job is completed

NOTE: We will provide full training on Tryoup and all other required software.
