Job Description

We are seeking a Bridge Systems Engineer Team Leader (BSE Leader) responsible for coordinating communication between our overseas development teams (China, Vietnam) and domestic clients in Japan.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage the development team in China

- Oversee the work of Bridge Systems Engineers as the BSE Leader

- Align schedules and requirements between Japanese clients and the development team

- Initially participate in in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) software development projects

- Collaborate with the testing center to address client inquiries regarding quality

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Management experience in the in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) software development field

- Extensive experience in communicating with Japanese clients

- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or above (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Management experience combined with a technical background

- Experience in in-vehicle embedded cockpit systems (keywords: IVI, CDC, etc.)

Career Path:

BSE Leader → Project Manager (PM) → Account Manager (AM)
