This role will provide critical support to the HR department by managing key administrative tasks within our HR platform, Employment Hero. The successful candidate will have advanced experience with Employment Hero, including the ability to implement new features, create detailed reports, and manage data for various internal stakeholders. The HR Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations, particularly in areas such as employee offboarding, data compilation, and reporting

Key Areas of Accountability 

Employment Hero Management: 
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process in Employment Hero, including removing staff from the platform once they have left the company.

  • Set up and compile comprehensive data in Employment Hero for brand CEOs following quarterly reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Apply and implement new features and updates in Employment Hero as required, ensuring the platform remains up-to-date and aligned with organisational needs.

Reporting and Data Analysis: 

  • Create detailed reports in Employment Hero, including exit data required by the HR Manager, to support decision-making and compliance.

  • Ensure all reports are accurate, well-structured, and delivered within specified timelines.

Employee Onboarding: 

  • Assign Psychology and Behaviour Support Supervisor in collaboration with the Supervision Program Manager

  • Email new starter with templates and directions to register their Supervision relationship with AHPRA and the NDIS, and follow-up via email or phone prior to commencement to support the new starter to carry out instructions

Employee record maintenance and Management of HR tickets

  • Respond to HR tickets requesting modification of worker role, reporting line, drafting of letter or contract or other HR related request.

  • Support with auditing and updating HR records to ensure accuracy and completeness of records, including during the lead up to external Audits.

Employee Offboarding: 

  • Schedule exit interviews for the HR Manager with departing employees.

  • Send out exit surveys to departing staff and compile responses for analysis.

General HR and Governance Support: 

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, 

  • Supporting the drafting of policies and procedures in our policy platform (content of these will be provided)

  • Support the HR and Governance team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.



CORE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 

    • Advanced experience with Employment Hero is essential, including a proven track record of implementing new features and updates.

    • Demonstrated experience creating detailed reports for management use.

  • Technical Skills: 

    • High proficiency in Employment Hero and other HRIS platforms.

    • Strong data management and reporting skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication purposes.

  • Soft Skills: 

    • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.

    • A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.

    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.

Work Schedule

6am to 3pm Manila 



Work Location

Hybrid for SM North Office

Willing to work onsite at least 2-3x per week
