职位描述：
1. 负责公司 Android 应用的架构设计、开发及优化。
2. 积极参与 bug 的诊断和修复，以及应用性能的提升。
3. 领导项目，进行需求分析、系统设计和项目管理。
4. 负责应用在 Google 应用市场的上架流程，包括应用提交、审核和发布。
职位要求：
1. 拥有本科或以上学历，计算机或相关领域专业。
2. 5年以上的 Android 开发经验，具备实际项目经验。
3. 熟练掌握 RxJava, Retrofit, OkHttp, Glide, Gson 等开源框架的使用和工作原理。
4. 深入理解Android的消息机制、事件传递机制，熟练自定义控件，有UI优化实践及UI架构心得和经验更佳。
5. 熟悉 MVC、MVP、MVVM 等软件架构，及 Android UI 布局、常用动画、Android 常用 API。
6. 熟练使用 Git 版本控制系统，能够进行有效的代码版本管理。
7. 对 Android 系统应用管理、进程管理、内存管理机制有深入理解，有丰富的Android性能优化经验，善于解决内存溢出和兼容性等问题。
8. 深入理解面向对象的设计思想，熟练应用常用设计模式。
9. 具备 Google 应用市场海外上架经验。
10. 具备良好的团队领导和项目管理能力，能够有效地协调团队资源，推进项目进度。
