Responsibilities:

• Carry out floorplanning and placement of circuit components while accounting for factors such as power, noise, and signal integrity
• Create and execute physical layouts for high-voltage (HV) circuits based on schematics, ensuring optimal performance and ease of manufacturing
• Perform thorough physical verification (LVS and DRC) to confirm the layout complies with design rules and matches the schematic electrically
• Utilize Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso Layout Suite, to create layouts efficiently and accurately
• Document layout designs and verification procedures clearly and concisely
• Work closely with design engineers and team members to address layout issues and enhance performance
• Keep current with the latest developments in high-voltage layout techniques and EDA tools

Qualifications:

• Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in custom layout design and mixed signal circuits
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso Layout Suite or comparable EDA tools
• Expertise in physical verification using LVS and DRC tools
• Extensive understanding of CMOS process technologies
• Experience with HV is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
