Job Description
高级产品经理（英语 / 海外项目 / AI方向优先）
工作地点：支持远程，国内亦可）
远程：18K–25K
现场：30K–45K
岗位性质： 全职｜中高层
岗位职责
负责公司核心产品（Web / App / 平台）的整体规划与迭代优化
深度分析用户需求与市场趋势，制定产品 Roadmap 与版本规划
输出高质量 PRD，推动设计、研发、测试高效落地
基于数据分析与用户反馈，持续优化产品体验与关键指标
主导功能设计、流程优化及 A/B 测试，推动产品商业化
协调中英文团队，推进海外项目进度与交付
指导产品团队成员，提升整体执行力与产品能力
参与AI相关产品方向规划，推动AI能力在业务中的落地应用（如智能推荐、自动化、数据分析等）
任职要求
本科及以上学历（计算机 / 产品 / 市场等相关专业优先）
5年以上互联网/科技产品经验，有0-1产品落地经验
具备优秀逻辑能力与用户洞察能力
熟悉完整产品流程（需求 → 原型 → 规划 → 上线 → 数据复盘）
英语可作为工作语言（口语+书面）
熟练使用产品工具（Figma / Axure / Jira / Confluence / Trello）
有多端产品 / 出海 / 金融科技 / 社交产品经验优先
具备AI相关产品经验或理解（如AIGC、推荐算法、数据智能等）优先
加分项
有 B端 / C端成功项目案例
有 SaaS / AI / Web3 / 支付 / 出海经验
熟悉数据分析工具（SQL / GA / Mixpanel）
可独立主持跨国项目或会议
有AI产品落地经验（如ChatGPT类应用、自动化工具、AI平台等）优先
