Job Description
岗位职责
1. 协助开发Agent核心应用，配合搭建AI Agent框架与运行时环境，支持单智能体基础功能构建与部署。
2. 协助建设Agent评估体系，参与评估流程设计、数据集整理及自动化评估辅助工作。
3. 协助开发Agent Harness运行时框架，参与状态管理、上下文交接等基础模块开发优化。
4. 协助实现Agent上下文工程与记忆系统，参与基础功能开发。
5. 配合构建工具调用与环境集成能力，协助完成外部工具标准化集成辅助工作。
6. 协助开发Agent服务与API接口，配合完成接口调试与文档整理。
7. 协助搭建Agent系统可观测性体系，参与日志、指标监控及简单异常排查。
岗位要求
1. 熟悉Go/Python/TypeScript中至少一门后端语言，具备基础编码与工程实现能力。
2. 具备基本英文读写能力，可阅读基础英文技术文档、论文。
3. 对Agent领域有浓厚兴趣，主动学习相关最新技术与最佳实践。
4. 具备基础问题定位与解决能力，责任心强，善于团队协作。
5. 工作经验7-10年，有相关开发经验者优先。
6. 对Agent领域至少一项内容有基础了解，包括应用开发、评估等。
7. 能在指导下完成基础模块开发，代码规范，熟悉Git工作流及基础测试框架。
8. 学习能力强，乐于分享，积极参与团队技术讨论。
9. 有个人Agent相关小项目或开源贡献者优先。
10. 了解Docker基础使用者优先。
