Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a practical and approachable coordinator to organize and support our Filipino workers deployed on overseas projects. You will be the on-ground link between the workers and the management, helping to keep everyone safe, informed, and compliant with basic project rules.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor day-to-day operational risks affecting workers-such as safety hazards, contract disputes, or local legal changes-and report any serious issues to management immediately.
  2. Organize worker teams, conduct regular check-ins, and relay important project updates, safety reminders, and policy changes to all crew members.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for worker concerns (accommodation, transportation, medical needs, pay queries) and help resolve simple issues on the spot, escalating complex cases when needed.

Requirements

  1. At least 2–3 years of experience working with overseas Filipino workers, either as a fellow worker, team leader, or coordinator in a construction, manufacturing, or service project.
  2. Good verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog-able to explain instructions clearly to groups and listen to individual concerns patiently.
  3. Calm under pressure, with basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.

What we offer

  1. Competitive project rate: 50-300 USD per assignment.
  2. Flexible, remote work arrangement.
  3. Professional development and networking opportunities.
