- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare financial statements and reports to assist in budget planning and forecasting.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes and systems.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, billing, statement of cash flows, accounts payable/receivable, and bookkeeping. Familiarity with various accounting systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts, ensure accurate reporting, and oversee billing processes.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment, may require extended hours during month-end closings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong organizational skills, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
