岗位职责：
- 负责交易所资金相关财务工作，包括出入金流程管理、资金核对及异常处理，确保资金安全与合规；
- 深入业务一线，梳理核心经营指标体系，搭建数据分析模型，对业务数据进行整理、分析与洞察，为管理层提供决策支持及优化建议；
- 定期组织经营分析会议，识别业务运营风险点，推动业务团队制定改进方案，并跟进执行落地；
- 持续跟踪业务核心指标，包括收入、成本、利润（毛利/净利）及ROI等，评估业务健康度；
- 搭建并优化预算管理及滚动预测模型，监控预算执行情况，分析实际与预算差异，并提出调整建议；
- 支持业务发展相关的财务分析工作，以及上级交办的其他事项。
任职要求：
- 全日制大专及以上学历，会计、财务管理、经济学等相关专业；
- 具备1-3年以上财务分析/资金管理相关经验；
- 有Web3/区块链行业经验优先，最好熟悉交易所出入金业务；
- 具备良好的数据分析能力，有经营分析或商业分析经验优先；
- 熟练使用Excel（函数/建模能力强优先），能够独立完成数据分析与报告输出；
- 具备较强的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力，能够从数据中发现问题并提出解决方案；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行力，能够推动跨部门协作落地。
