Supplax is an American company with a Ukrainian heart that has been actively growing in the market for over 5 years. We serve as a remote back office for craftsmen in the United States who specialize in repair services. Our team includes more than 100 specialists and fully handles all organizational and operational processes, except for the repair work itself. These include marketing, sales, management of technicians’ teams, quality control, collecting reviews, training technical staff, and more. We operate in 30+ major cities across the U.S. and have successfully completed over 30,000 repair projects.


Supplax is rapidly evolving and growing, so we are currently looking for an active Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a cold contact database: establishing the first contact with potential clients, identifying their needs, and generating interest for further cooperation.

Your role will include:

• Active work with cold calls (200+ calls per day).

• Initiating the first contact with potential clients and identifying their interest in cooperation.

• Passing interested leads to the Account Manager.



You are definitely our match if you:

• Have a high level of spoken English — not lower than C1 (or a confident B2+ with regular practice), as the position involves constant communication with native speakers.

• Feel comfortable with cold calling and are not afraid of active communication.

• Your comfort zone includes frequent conversations, initiative, and result-oriented work.

• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Learn quickly and are ready to continuously improve your cold-calling skills.
