Tabubil Engineering Limited, a proud member of the Mineral Resource Star Mountain (MRSM) group, has been at the forefront of engineering excellence since its establishment in 1984. We began as a humble venture, driven by the vision of Mr. Wayne Robin Bishop and the Migalsim Village Business Group, with a shared commitment to serving the burgeoning needs of Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML). Today, Tabubil Engineering stands as a shining example of growth, innovation, and community engagement in Papua New Guinea. Our journey has been one of continuous evolution, marked by unwavering dedication, and a pioneering spirit. From a modest start with just 25 employees and an office housed in a shipping container, we have grown into a thriving enterprise with over 500 employees and state-of-the-art workshops across various divisions. We owe our success to the resilience and hard work of our team, our commitment to excellence, and our close ties with the communities we serve. In 2008, a significant milestone was achieved when MRSM acquired Mr. Wayne Robin Bishop’s shares, making Tabubil Engineering 100% owned by local landowners. This landmark moment cemented our deep connection to the region and its people, aligning our interests with the sustainable development of the Western Province.
