Established in 2006 Cascade Industrial Services is an independent distributor specializing in MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) service parts for most major Asian-made industrial machinery. With over 30 years of international MRO experience gained through previous employment with Japanese OEMs, distributors and importers our staff is fully equipped and eager to provide the award winning customer support and service our company is known for. Specializing in areas such as Injection Molding, Die-Casting and CNC Machining (to name a few), we are confident we can meet your needs to manage costs and reduce down-time. As part of our commitment to superior customer service, we’ve recognized a need to provide quality replacement parts, with fast delivery and at lower costs. To satisfy these requirements we continually invest in inventory by listening to what our customers want as well as analyzing order history and frequency. Using this approach our delivery times consistently improve largely based on continued cooperation with our most important assets…our customers. With fast response times, low prices and quality service, we have quickly grown into a preferred MRO supplier for many injection molding, die-casting and machining manufacturers as well as original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). In addition to our focus on repair parts Cascade Industrial Services also has in house repair departments for both hydraulics and electronics. Our hydraulics repair department is for a hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and cylinders. Our electronics department With a growing stock inventory and increased staffing for additional service and customer support, Cascade Industrial Services is more capable than ever of providing our customers with all their service and parts needs.
