In the mid-80s, a group of businessmen saw the growing need for Personal Computers in the market. At that time, local shops were unable to meet the demand for quality and affordable products and after-sales services. So, in April 1987, these early adopters and tech-enthusiasts founded Thinking Tools, Inc., with the primary goal of providing accessible computer products and services at reasonable prices. We opened our first retail outlet in June 1987 in a modest 42 sqm office space in uptown Cebu. Over the years, we have expanded our operations and now have retail branches in several cities in the Philippines. In 2002, we opened PC QuickBuys Computer Sales & Services to cater to enthusiasts, hobbyists, and the gaming market. It was Cebu’s first DIY-oriented computer store. To handle the wholesale, distribution and sub-distribution businesses, SDNI-Mabolo was established in 2006 as a fully-owned subsidiary of Thinking Tools, Inc. This now serves as the main hub for our distribution network in the Visayas and Mindanao. Moving Forward: With 400+ employees in over 25 stores across the Philippines, Thinking Tools is committed to continuing its growth and expansion. We are expanding our eCommerce platform with an online store and growing social media presence. We also plan to open more retail branches to better serve customers in different locations. We remain committed to providing the best in computer hardware, focusing on quality and reliability, the best in customer support through on-site and off-site service and maintenance and the best value for money.
