About the Role:

You’ll be the operational heartbeat behind our short-, mid, and long-term rental homes—ensuring guests are wowed, properties are pristine, and everything flows behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing: Guest Experience & OTA Listings

• Create, manage, and optimize Airbnb and other OTA listings
• Respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, and coordinate smooth check-ins/check-outs
• Maintain Superhost/Top Host status with every stay

Property Operations

• Schedule cleanings, coordinate repairs, and manage ongoing maintenance
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety and quality standards
• Tackle urgent issues efficiently and professionally

Communication & Reporting

• Communicate clearly and proactively with guests and property owners
• Resolve guest concerns on-site or remotely with grace and urgency
• Prepare and deliver reports, financial summaries, and performance updates

Efficiency & Problem Solving

• Use tools and tech to streamline processes and stay ahead of issues
• Bring creative, cost-effective solutions to everyday operational challenges
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and consulting teams on broader growth initiatives
• Share insights and mentor teammates when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months (preferably 1+ year) of OTA hosting/property management experience
• “I love Buildium” should be the second sentence in your application (we notice the details!)
• Experience with Buildium, Hospitable, or similar platforms is a big bonus
• Strong communicator, highly organized, and calm under pressure
• Honest, reliable, and a natural self-starter
• Tech-savvy and confident juggling multiple tools and tasks
