₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month

Our team is growing! Join us! We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who is willing to work with us in office in BGC Taguig City.

Job Accountabilities:

·        Attend to customers' inquiries and requests timely in both calls and emails within the set communication procedures.

·        Handle new customers’ profile verification and update

·        Handles and Provides efficient responses to inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

·        Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year college / Bachelor’s College Degree in any field

·        With at least six (6 months) or one (1 year) experience in Customer Service

·        Key attention to details and accuracy

·        Good verbal and written communication.

·        Has the ability to handle challenging customer situations and multiple task

·        Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.

·        Must be willing to work on-site & with Call center background experience

·        Can start ASAP
