About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Spanish Bilingual Associate! You will deliver exceptional customer support in Spanish, collaborate with internal teams, and use your English communication skills as a secondary language to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

 Education: College Graduate or Completed at least 1st Year in College

 Experience: Minimum of 18 months BPO experience

 Language Skills:

• Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading Spanish
• Conversant in English as a secondary language

 Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
