Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / ALS Passer
• Open to freshers
• With or without BPO experience
• Must have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with billing inquiries
• Helping troubleshoot alarm system issues
• Scheduling installation or maintenance visits
• Explaining service plans or upgrades
• Updating account information
